Blueberry - Ozark Blue

Growing Ozark Blue Blueberries - A late season, vigorous and upright variety growing to 2m in height when mature. The berries are large, averaging over 1.8 grams, with an attractive light blue colour and outstanding flavour. Ozarkblue is a consistent and very high yielding variety producing up to 6.8kgs (15lbs) of fruit per bush on five year old plants.

Key features : Productive with delicious fruit, high in antioxidants. Beautiful Autumn foliage.
Problems: Aphids, Birds.

Plant : February- November.
Situation : Best grown in full sun for maximum productivity and best Autumn colour, however will tolerate partial shade.
Harvest : July - August (the fruit can be harvested when it turns from green to a dusty blue.
